An addition to Memorial Manor was constructed in 1979, adding 40 beds to the existing Manor’s 67 bed capacity for a total of 107 beds. Memorial Manor is licensed by the State of Georgia. Can not, I repeat can not set IVs and draw blood. Upon dismissal, I walked out of a side door. Please don't ask me why I wasn't rolled out in a wheelchair....I thought that's how everyone is dismissed from a hospital stay. Here's what my arms and hand looks like 2 days after leaving the hospital. The RN blew a valve in my hand that caused my hand to swell and the blood to pool under the skin while trying to set an IV.

It's always a good idea to check when you visit the community to see if your pet will be allowed. On Dec. 17th I had gallbladder surgery at MHM. He called to check up on me and that made me like him even more. Same day surgery nurses, the surgery tech and everyone else that took care of me was awesome. I have also had other dealings with our small town hospital and every time I have been taken great care of.
I held a beautiful 94 year old woman's hand as she cried, because no one would take her back to her room.... Another time a lady was screaming into the hall for help,....and no one came... Another time a woman missed her appointment because they didn't bother to tell her she had one.... No biggie right....it wouldn't have been if I hadn't seen her at the nurses station being told off and given a hard time because she didn't go to her appointment... When I confronted those doing it to her, after I couldn't find the head nurse...
